They took a pre '98 Bubba Kush father and crossed this with a Grandaddy Purple x OG Kush to create a special new kush variety they called Bubba Island Kush.
These high quality genetics have resulted in a very fast flowering strain which finished within 7 or 7.5 weeks.
Bubba Island Kush has a tendency to develop dark, colourful hues in the leaves at the end of the flowering stage which run a beautiful gamut through red, light purple through to dark purple and almost black. These dark leaves contrast with the almost white appearance of the flowers due to their excessive coating in thick and sticky resin.
