Frootz is a cross of Apple Fritter and a reversed Runtz cut, bringing together two connoisseur heavyweights into one amazing strain. Apple Fritter might not have quite the pull that other Cali strains have got over the last few years but for those that now their high-end weed it is name that will ring out. Grounded Genetics used the famed Lumpy's cut of Apple Fritter which is known by the proper flavour chasers as the best example of the Apple Fritter strain available. They then crossed this with their special Runtz reversal to create a truly stunning weed strain that will hold its own against any top-shelf Cali bud out there.
Grounded Genetics were impressed by the flavour, aroma and yeilds of their Apple Fritter cut but thought it could do with an increase in potency. They decided to experiment with crossing it with a reversed Runtz to see if they could keep the amazing pink and purple colours and unique terp profile of the Apple Fritter whilst upping its strength and power.
